• Introduced by Rep. Kathy Manderino (D) on May 29, 2009, to create the Drug and Alcohol Treatment and Prevention Fund. The bill requires that money in the General Fund generated from the liquor tax is to be transferred to the Drug and Alcohol Treatment and Prevention Fund. Finally, the bill stipulates specific appropriations to be made with monies in the Drug and Alcohol Treatment and Prevention Fund.
