• Introduced by Rep. RoseMarie Swanger (R) on July 6, 2009, to amend the Public Welfare Code by increasing the income limit to qualify for the State Blind Pension, and by increasing the Blind Pension monthly payment from $100 to $250. The income limit would be increased to: actual annual income equal to or less than the pverty treshold for one person stablished by he Bureau of the Census.
