I have scanned this bill and by the first paragraph it appears as if Pennsylvanians will not be fined if not abiding by the federal Health Care Reform Bill. It I am right then I appluad Rep. Matt Baker. For it is time that those we vote into office do the will of the people and not for themselves, alone.
