• Introduced by Rep. Robert C. Donatucci (D) on January 28, 2009, to forbid the dispensing and serving of alcohol by minors in retail establishments. Individuals between age 18 and 21 are permitted to serve alcoholic beverages provided they do not also dispense such beverages.
