• Introduced by Sen. John H. Eichelberger (R) on March 18, 2009, to establish that: no Commonwealth agency may pay a bonus to any of its employees; employees of Commonwealth agencies who are paid a bonus after the effective date of this bill must reimburse their employer for the full amount of the bonus; an individual who intentionally approves or authorizes a bonus prohibited by this act commits a misdemeanor of the third degree.
