• Introduced by Sen. Robert D. Robbins (R) on July 17, 2009, to redirect $4,650,000 in cigarette tax revenue from the Agricultural Easement Purchase Fund to be spent as follows: $109,000 for agriculture and rural youth programs; $103,00 for Future Farmers of America; $222,000 for the Open Livestock Show; $222,000 for the Open Dairy Show; $103,000 for 4-H Club horse and pony shows and a Dairy Show; and $3.9 million for county fairs.
