• Introduced by Sen. Mike Folmer (R) on February 6, 2009, to provide for regulations and rules with regard to the use of state-owned vehicles by state employees. Provisions include: no longer term assignment of a state-owned vehicle to employees that travel less than 1200 miles per month; maintenance of monthly mileage logs; posting of mileage logs on the internet; official use license plates on all state-owned vehicles, excluding law enforcement; and reimbursement to the state for personal use.
