• Introduced by Sen. Vincent J. Hughes (D) on February 20, 2009, to prohibit licensed gun importers, licensed gun manufacturers and licensed gun dealers from transporting into the Commonwealth, selling, possessing with the intent of selling, assigning or otherwise transfering any firearm unless it is a "personalized" firearm.
