First of all, I am of the opinion that a reduction in the numbers of PA Legislative representation can only happen in a year of a census.

As far as SB 33, passing both the Senate and the House, and If I am reading this correctly, redistricting isn't going to happen.  The people of PA have again been ignored with their request to redistrict and reduce the number of state Legislative members.  We do not need the full time representatives that we have and by reducing their numbers, and/or even to go so far as to make these people part time, much money could be saved.  Who is listening to any of our requests?
