Here's what the real Pennsylvania Government Motto is:

Quis est vestri est mei, quis est mei est mei.

Anyone else find this ironic? "where liberty is, there is my country" especially coming from a rep who doesn't believe we have the liberty to smoke a cigarette. If that were my motto I wouldn't be living in PA.
