Introduced by Rep. Mike Turzai (R) on September 13, 2011, amending the act of April 12, 1951 (P.L.90, No.21), known as the Liquor Code, further providing for enforcement; providing for the privatization of sales of wine and spirits in this Commonwealth through abolition of the State Liquor Stores, through establishment of a franchise and license system for sale of wine and spirits and through imposition of a tax on wine, spirits and beer; and making a related repeal.
