This legislation would do NOTHING to combat firearms-related crime --- it is simply democratic 'foreplay' wrt firearms restrictions/confiscations. Shame on you angel cruz. Pennsylvania is a rural state with deep firearms and patriotic traditions. Why don't you move to a place such as Chicago or D.C. where they have all the firearms restrictions you could possibly want, but the odds are much greatrer that you could be a victim of violent crime. Bottom line: prosecute the career criminals -- regardless of their race -- instead of adopting Nazi-style legislation.

Our constitution says that the right of the citizen to bear arms in defense of themselves and the state shall not be questioned. Article 1 Section 21.
