Oh yes, Mr. Rep. Peter J. Daley - Can I assume the funding you provide is coming out of your personal accounts and not mine.

Isn't this how the current housing bubble was created?  Government well intended programs putting people in houses that they cannot afford and then wondering why the foreclosure rate goes through the roof.   Hello!!!!!

Please stay stop trying to be everything for everybody and sticking us with the bill.   As one of our "radical" founding fathers stated:

The Constitution only gives people the right to pursue happiness. You have to catch it yourself.

    Guarantees the Golf Swing

You could give your special someone a golf gift such as the taylormade burner superfast driver to support their hobby. Some players want to make their clubs past parallel while some do not reach more than a three-quarters golf swing. ishiner

I'm glad to see some small step forward into helping others realize the American Dream of home-ownership. This bill has nothing to do with the way the housing bubble was created. Many Americans could afford to own their own home, but don't know how or where to find low-cost homes or mortgages that aren't exploitative. This program could help.

The bill does not provide a funding source, but at least it puts the program in place. When PA has the funds in a year or two, the program can get rolling. This can help turn vacant, blighted neighborhoods into nice places to live. No wonder its received such bi-partisan support.
